Huskerland 25 - April 2-3, 2010     (Good Friday)

Huskerland 26 - April 9-10, 2011  

Huskerland 27 - April 6-7, 2012     (Good Friday)

Rationale for going on Good Friday when possible:

1.  UNK Sports Center should always be available.

2.  Addition financial support from Kearney.

3.  Feel its better to go on Good Friday than on a Sunday.

The board feels having Huskerland at the Devaney Indoor Track 12 straight years was one of the most important factors for our success over that period.  It is our goal to again have permanent home with the UNK Sports Center.  It’s location in central Nebraska, great seating, space to run 10 mats, adequate motel room numbers, backing by the UNK wrestling program, and a visitors bureau that clearly wants us creates a winning situation we feel for all involved.  The UNK Sports Center is a very beautiful facility and offers everything we need to conduct a first class event.
