We are providing the option for wrestlers to
weigh in the day before the tournament. We will be having weigh ins
from 3PM - 6PM on Saturday, February 28th at Elkhorn High School.
Otherwise, you can weigh in the day of the tournament as usual. See
the tournament flier on our web site for weigh in times the day of
the tournament.
Clubs and individuals must register on
line! See website and information form for more details.
As always, we will be operating two full
gyms. Registration closes at 6PM Friday, February 27. We reserve
the right to close registration earlier if the #'s get to large.
Absolutely No Walk Ins, this allows us to
keep our tournament on time.

Any wrestler who is
currently competing at the college or high school level is
ineligible, this includes Red Shirts. 3 one minute periods with 30
second rest between each period. Wrestlers will be paired in 4 man
brackets or 3 man Round Robin. 29 and younger ~ 30-49 years ~
Geezer Group (1/2 century and beyond). Level 1: No College
Experience ~ or ~ Level 2: College Experience. Age brackets
will be used if possible. Weigh-ins/check-ins will be held from
7:30-8:30 pm. Modified Folk Style Rules will be used (all 3 periods
will start in the neutral position). Old Timers will start
competition after the Huskerland division or around 9:30 pm. 1st
through 4th place medals will be awarded. $7.00 entry fee – make
checks payable to Wood River Huskerland Wrestling Club.

and will be for 5-8th grades and will conclude approximately 11:00.
Wrestlers need to be checked in by 8:30. The second session will
start at approximately 11:30 and will continue until done at about
