These were the 8 schools that turned in roster information to the meet
director. These awards were created to encourage more coaches to bring
junior high and high school wrestlers to the Cornhusker State Games. It
was very fitting that Franklin and Sutton took home the top two plaques
since both schools have been bringing their wrestlers to the Games for
the past several years. Both of these schools have incorporated the
State Games as an annual event for their programs. Besides getting some
very quality mat time they find the Games is helpful for team bonding
and a great time for all.
